Mark Brown has been originating leases for FSL since the company's formation in 2001. He participates in the buying, selling and structuring of municipal, federal and commercial leases. Mark has structured many different types of financings; however, he focuses much of his time on energy management. In particular, Mark works with specific energy management vendors to assess and identify solutions to their financing needs.
Before joining FSL, Mark performed similar work for its parent company, Crews & Associates. He graduated from Central High School in 1986 and attended college at University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mark has obtained Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
