As a lease originator for FSL, Bryan Ryscavage focuses on achieving the structured finance needs of clients related to equipment, energy management, public housing, health care and associated areas.
Bryan analyzes financial statements to determine which potential clients can benefit from a lease underwriting transaction; he also provides prospective investors with available offerings through his creation of term sheets related to potential and completed transactions.
Prior to joining FSL, Bryan worked as a loan officer. In that capacity, he originated both commercial and residential mortgage loans. Bryan holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. During his studies with UALR, he gained additional real world experience by studying abroad in Guadalajara, Mexico.
