To know us well, you should understand where we came from. Our founding company, Crews & Associates, Inc. (Crews & Associates), specializes in fixed income products and provides investment services in stocks, unit investment trusts, and mutual funds. Its public finance group provides financing, underwriting and advisory services to clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
In 2001, Crews & Associates formed FSL in order to focus on the tax-exempt lease marketplace. By pooling employees already involved in the municipal leasing sector and placing them together, the newly formed company was equipped to easily transcend into the leasing marketplace.
In its first two years of operation, FSL quickly established itself as a reliable, experienced lease-funding source.
In 2007, FSL was moved directly under the Bancorp umbrella. First Security Bancorp is an Arkansas-based bank holding company with more than $2.0 billion in assets. Affiliation with these companies enables FSL to offer to its clients a dependable, consistent source of funds to meet their financing needs.
